Refund policy
We do not accept returns for any used or opened items.
If you’ve changed your mind and want to return unused and unopened items, you may claim a refund under the following conditions:
- You contact us within 30 days of receipt for US/Canada/Mexico.
- You contact us within 14 days of receipt for UK/rest of the world.
Note you will be refunded minus all shipping and handling fees.
Faulty items:
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please get in touch with us via hello@militarymuscle.co so we can investigate further.
Our 90 Day-Guarantee Policy:
- You must have taken the product as instructed for a full 90 days.
- You must contact us to claim your refund within 120 days of purchase.
- Our 90-day Guarantee only applies to your first purchase with us.
All used and unused items must be returned, along with all original packaging. Please note refunds are minus shipping and handling fees.

For faulty item claims, please also include photographic evidence of the fault.
Returning items:
- You must use a courier that requires a signature.
- Contact hello@militarymuscle.co for a return address.
- We are not accountable for any items lost in the mail.
- We do not offer reimbursement for return shipping.
- Your refund will be minus shipping costs.
Please note, that we can only refund via the card or payment method you purchased with, and refunds are minus the shipping and handling fees.
