Shipping Policy

At Military Muscle, we are committed to getting your supplements to you quickly and securely. We offer standard tracked shipping as well as an expedited priority shipping upgrade.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: We fulfill orders every day of the week. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched from our warehouse on the next business day.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: We make every effort to ship your order the same day or within a few hours of purchase.

  • Contact Details: When placing your order, please provide an accurate email address and telephone number. This allows carriers to notify you of updates or delivery exceptions.

Shipping Tiers & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Free Shipping: Estimated delivery is 1 to 8 business days depending on your territory, handled via our logistics partners (UPS, Royal Mail, Evri).

  • Upgraded Priority Shipping: Handled via Royal Mail, priority shipping is quoted at 1 to 3 business days from the point of dispatch. This service requires a signature upon receipt and includes end-to-end tracking.

  • Note: Estimated timeframes are provided by our courier partners. While we do everything possible to ensure prompt arrival, regional transit variations, timezones, and public holidays can occasionally impact delivery speeds.

Customs & International Deliveries

We ship globally. For our standard shipping method, we provide international "tracked and signed" service where supported by local postal networks. In territories where both cannot be combined, we default to the secure "signed" option. Priority shipping is fully tracked and signed regardless of destination.

  • Government Agencies & Customs: Occasionally, customs or border agencies may hold shipments for inspection. These regulatory delays are outside of our control.

Delivery Issues & Missing Parcels

  • Incorrect Shipping Details: It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We cannot amend addresses once an order has been processed, and we are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Missed Deliveries: If you are not home at the time of delivery, please contact the courier using your tracking information to arrange a redelivery or collection promptly.

  • Marked as "Delivered": If your tracking information shows as delivered but you have not located your parcel, please check with your neighbors or local delivery depot. If you suspect theft or misdelivery, please contact our support team at hello@militarymuscle.co within 7 business days so we can open a courier investigation on your behalf.

We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact:

  • All products are shipped in recycled and fully recyclable packaging.

  • We have completely eliminated non-recyclable void fillers such as plastic bubble wrap and polystyrene.

  • We actively contribute to the Woodland Trust to help offset our operational carbon emissions and support native habitat conservation.

  • Our formula is 100% vegan-friendly, utilizing plant-based sources without compromising product quality or increasing pricing for our customers.
