Shipping policy

One of the differences between Military Muscle and other brands is that we provide free shipping as well as the option to 'upgrade' to international priority shipping.

Shipping

Expected delivery times are given to us by shipping partners, but occasionally parcels are delayed.

You must allow additional time for your order to arrive and consult the tracking information provided before contacting us.

We are not obliged to issue refunds or re-shipments for orders if they are received outside the expected delivery time frame.

Receipt of Delivery

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier to arrange a re-delivery or collection of their parcel.

We will not refund for parcels that are awaiting collection at the post office.

If your tracking information is showing as ‘Delivered’ – but you have not received your parcel - it is your responsibility to check with your neighbors and local post office/courier before contacting customer service.

Shipping Details

We are not obliged to issue refunds or re-shipments for parcels which are shipped to an incorrect address as a result of incorrect details provided.

It is the customer's responsibility to check that their shipping details are correct before payment, as amendments are not possible after ordering.

Estimated Shipping Duration

Please note that we ship globally.

Estimated shipping duration is anything from 1 - 8 working/business days depending on the territory for the free option. This is an estimate provided by UPS/ROYAL MAIL/EVRi.

Please also take into account different timezones, weekends and public holidays. 

Upgraded Priority shipping duration is quoted as being between 1 - 3 business/working days by ROYAL MAIL depending on the time and day of order. 

Upon the receipt of the order, we will fulfill ASAP and make every effort to ensure it is shipped from our warehouse the same day or within a few hours of the order being made. 

While we fulfill each order every day of the week, orders placed on weekends are collected from our warehouse on business days. 

Contact Info

When you place your order we urge you to provide both your contact email address and a telephone number.

This will be used by the carrier to contact you should a problem arise and can help reduce any potential delays should you not be able to sign for your shipment. 

Delays

Occasionally government agencies may delay the process by holding shipments upon receipt.

This is out of our control. 

International Tracking and Signed for Shipping

For our free shipping method, we provide international 'tracked and signed for' shipping. 

However, shipping to some territories will only support either tracking or signed for, but not the two combined.

In these cases, we will opt for the 'signed' option as this is the most secure service.

Priority shipping is both tracked and signed for regardless of destination territory. 

ROYAL MAIL Priority Shipping 

Priority shipping is supplied by ROYAL MAIL.

We are quoted an estimated 1 - 3 business/working day delivery schedule from the point of the shipment being collected by ROYAL MAIL, not from the time of order.

However, on rare occasions, the estimated delivery times could be longer. 

The ROUAL MAIL priority shipping option requires a signature upon receipt and a tracking number is provided. 

Environment 

We are committed to minimizing our impact on the environment.

Employees work from home where possible to reduce vehicle emissions, we also ship all of our products in recycled boxes and packaging that can easily be recycled further. 

We no longer use plastic bubble wrap, polystyrene, or other non-recyclable void fillers. 

Efforts are being made to see where we can reduce overall plastic use, particularly the supplement container, and move towards 100% sustainability. 

Furthermore, we now donate money to the Woodland Trust to help offset our carbon emissions and help towards the conservation of habitats.

From March 2020, Military Muscle will be 100% Vegan. That means it is produced solely from plant sources. 

This doesn't mean a reduction of quality - far from it. It means that we are morally conscious of the impact we have on the environment while producing a supplement that is free from animal content. 

Additionally, the move to being vegan-friendly has increased our production costs, yet we have maintained our pricing to ensure the best value for you, the customer.
