  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped to the US, Canada, or Mexico, or within 14 days of delivery for orders shipped to the UK and the Rest of the World.

  • Condition: Items must be factory-sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Refund Details: Once approved and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus initial shipping and handling fees.

  • Return Requirement: All bottles (including used or empty containers and any unopened bottles from the order) must be returned to us along with their original packaging. Refunds are issued minus initial shipping and handling fees.

3. Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect product, contact us right away at hello@militarymuscle.co so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it immediately at no extra cost to you.

4. UK & European Union Statutory Right to Cancel

Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is shipped into the United Kingdom or the European Union, you hold a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification, provided the items remain unopened and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Guarantee Claim

To start a return or claim under our guarantee, please email hello@militarymuscle.co with the following details:

  • Your full name and shipping address

  • Your order number

  • The clear reason for your return or claim

  • For faulty or damaged items: Photographic evidence of the defect.

Once your request is evaluated and approved, our team will provide instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back to us without first contacting support and receiving formal approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Guidelines

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels or offer reimbursement for return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service that requires a signature upon delivery. We cannot be held accountable for return packages lost in transit.

  • Approved refunds are processed exclusively back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
