If the product does not meet your performance standards, you are eligible for a refund of the product purchase price (excluding outbound shipping fees).

To process a refund under our 90-day customer satisfaction commitment, all of the following criteria must be satisfied:

  2. Claim Filing Window: Claims must be initiated within 120 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  3. First-Purchase Scope: The 90-day guarantee applies exclusively to a customer's initial order of the 4-month bundle with Military Muscle®. Subsequent purchases fall under standard return policies.

  4. Complete Package Return: Customers must return all containers associated with the order, including all empty, partially used, and unopened bottles, in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Claim

  • Full Delivery Address (matching the original order)

  • Original Order Number

  • Detailed Reason for Return

  • Photographic Proof: For items received damaged or defective upon delivery, attach clear, high-resolution photos of the outer box and affected product containers.

Return Shipping & Refund Protocols

Courier & Shipping Guidelines

  • Trackable Service Mandatory: Returns must be dispatched using a trackable courier service requiring a signature upon delivery. You must contact hello@militarymuscle.co to obtain the specific regional return warehouse address prior to posting.

  • Liability & Loss: Mil-Tech Pharma Ltd / Military Muscle® is not legally liable for return shipments lost, damaged, or misdelivered in transit.

  • Shipping Expenses: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refund Processing & Deduction Terms

  • Deductions: Refund amounts are calculated as the total purchase price minus original outbound shipping and fulfilment expenses.

  • Payment Reversal Method: In compliance with global anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and card network regulations, all approved refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method or credit card used at checkout.
