We want you to experience our product with total confidence. Try Military Muscle as part of your fitness routine for 90 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase experience, we will issue a refund of the product purchase price.

Important Scope Note: To ensure fair use, our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies exclusively to our 3-bottle bundle options.

Guarantee Terms & Conditions

To qualify for a refund under our 90-day customer satisfaction commitment, the following criteria must be met:

  • Consistent Usage: You must have utilised the product consistently as instructed on the label for a full 90 days.

  • Claim Window: You must contact our customer support team to initiate your refund claim within 120 days of your original purchase date.

  • First-Purchase Rule: The 90-day guarantee applies strictly to your first order with Military Muscle. Subsequent orders are not eligible for this specific satisfaction clause.

  • Physical Returns: All items associated with the order—including all used (empty) and unused bottles—must be physically returned to our facility in their original packaging.

  2. Original Order Number

  3. Reason for the Return Request

  4. Note: For items arriving damaged or faulty, please attach clear photographic evidence of the issue to your email.

Return Shipping Protocols & Policies

  • Trackable Shipping Required: Returned inventory must be dispatched using a trackable courier service that requires a signature upon delivery. Please contact shipping@militarymuscle.co to obtain the correct return warehouse address.

  • Loss Liability: Military Muscle is not accountable or legally liable for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or misdelivered in transit by your chosen courier.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the consumer and are non-reimbursable.

  • Deductions: Approved satisfaction refunds are issued minus the original outbound shipping and handling costs incurred during fulfilment.

  • Reversal Method: In strict compliance with global anti-money laundering and merchant processing regulations, all refunds are credited only to the original credit card or payment method used at checkout.
